Spark school is a ****

I send email to spark head office on 11 October for termination of contract for my kid for the year 2026 the email went through spark school never bothered to respond later on same month October I received email with link for returning scholars for 2026 I stated on the link that my kid won’t be coming back I received another link November I stated my kid won’t be coming back , then December I received email stating that I am sure that my kid is not coming back because they will be removing them from the system by 15 December I never responded as I was sure January on 21 when school reopen they marked him absent I send another email they ignored me end of January they send me statement stating am owing January and February fees I send email they ignored as always today they send me termination letter stating I owe them R26,000 how am I owing them R26,000 ? Funny enough if I was enrolling at spark they were gonna respond fast to the emails but coz am terminating contract they ignoring me bunch of ****mers, spark owner must consider hiring staff that work and read emails not bunch of lazy people who are after money attending matters when it bring them money only
