Spark School Finance department *********** and doesn't care about people

Spark School Finance department is going to be the death of me, and I mean this literally Last year I received a statement stating I owe R11000, to my surprise I called the school to enquire because usually I pay upfront and make sure my school fees is upto date to avoid interest charged.

A consultant (I wish I could recall her name) assisted me professionally and we traced issue back to 2019. My son was at Spark Rynfield and was transferred to Spark Springs in 2019 – Spark policy states that no child will be transferred if they owe school fees and again when the Springs campus closed down I transferred him back to Rynfield, at this time we were assisted at the school and the money was traced but it seems as though not all of it was ever allocated I then contacted their manager who requested a POP which I unfortunately could not provide since those payments were done ages ago and at an ATM and I have since logged a call with Standard Bank which unfortunately could not assist I was advised that a finance administrator will at the school. I sent email to the manager about the schedule but he/she never got back to me. I followed up, again there was no reply I then took it upon myself to go to school and enquire upon my arrival I was informed he had already been to the school and they further advised that they do not know when he will be returning because they are also informed a prior to the visit When I got home, I emailed the so called manager to enquire about the next visit, till this day there hasn’t been any reply from him/her It hurts to be treated this way as a parent who is concerned about her account I know this is not affecting them directly because the interest is not charged against their account, these type of issues create anxiety to some of us and I do understand it doesn’t affect them directly but we deserve better than the treatment they are giving to us.
