Spark School Fees Department

I am writing this to complain about poor services from Spark Fees Department. This is my first and worst encounter with the school. Last year December I paid R7500 in Advance (for February to April this year) after the Registration fee. I used the Reference that was emailed to me. Only to get a call around march from Spark School claiming that no payment was ever received. I was asked to email proof of payment and I did. I went to Bramely, Called the fees department requesting for Monthly fees statement for my daughter. Until today I am a frustrated and angry parent because when I got the above indicated call, I was told that I am charged for aftercare that I have nothing to do with. From then, I am reluctant to make any further payment as I need answers.

As a result of all this, I would like to withdraw my daughter next year.
