Spark school Exit policy - hidden 3months school fees penalty

I feel a responsibility to warn Spark parents of a 3 month cancellation charge not disclosed for removing your child to another school. Nothing is discussed even as far a the school finding out if it's a best move for the child (I think a child's wellbeing and well fair should be prioritised) but instead you get dead silence from every end, trying to get advise of exit as though you are been avoided. Worst being a parent that pays ahead and I had a credit I was following up on. Being tossed everywhere with no answer, until I actually physically went to the Rosebank offices - where only then I was advised that I actually owe them. Mind you, I had sent countless emails making them aware and enquiring of the exit process. That time was not considered. It's a real shame to say the least. Mind you I am a single parent who had been recently retrenched. The school didn't even care to follow up. Being the law abiding citizen, I just paid from money that should be sustaining my daughter and I in this critical time of unemployment in South Africa.

What revolts even more is that there's emails that go around year end alerting patents of reregistrations for the following year and all issues surrounding that except the 3months penalty in the event parents plan to remove the child. Need I say more of transparency and intergrity of Spark..
