SPARK SCHOOL DELAYING TERMINATION WITH UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Since the 20 Nov 2023, i called in confirm the process to have my daughter removed and obtain transfer card which was granted and finalized on 22November. They said the call was recorded and took down my detailed complaints with regard to the Spark Weltervreden park branch which change teachers monthly , leaving the kids without any relief until few days before exams and then the entire grade 5 failed maths. There were more reason which i sent another email as well and was assured that they will sent the transfer card on 7 Dec and also get Tashni to call me to discuss this apparent 3 month penalty fee , which never called and to day and am being transfere from pillar to post and they holding back the transfer card and This Tashni apparently doe not take calls and neither replies on mails.

Im stuck but refuse to leave my daughter another year. Their maths HOD, Mr Chelenje cant even solve for exam memo's and provided the parents with incorrect answers to mark the revision work. I refuse to be punished for taking my daughter out as i gave them enough chances for 10 months and they failed as leadership and as human beings. I had several meeting with the school but nothing came of it. I will take this matter as high up to expose how *********** and unprofessional they are. The accounts department is a shame. I pay fees upfront for the entire year, yet they say I'm owing. When i call in then they say, oh its an error with the processing deaprtment as they didnt discount me for Jan and Feb this year and only attending to it now, so it will be corrected. They looking for every reason to hold my child back. if they are such a reputable school then admission should not be a problem. I apud the whole year, why must i be penalized for their inconsistencies. They should refund me for failing to deliver on their contract. *******.

Don't take your child to Spark, you will regret it and the level of education is incomparable with even govt schools. They are just employing student teachers who come, tick a box and leave, they don't have the kids best interest at heart. There can be far more better school for less that fees.
