Spark school accounts department

Absolutely disgusted with the school's service and the accounts department.

You find yourself unemployed and you are try still to pay your outstanding balance due then the accounts department still asks you to pay full amount.

Where on earth is an unemployed person going to get the full amount from to settle the balance.

I paid today 60% of the balance and told the accounts guy Sinulethu Melane that I will pay the balance in installments but no he insist I pay the full balance.

They want to terminate my son's contract with 1 term remaining, how ridiculous is that.

With my proposed payment plan, I will have settled the balance by end of the schools calendar year. So I don't know what the fuss is.

People should not consider taking their kids to any Spark Schools or else they'll find themselves with a lot of depression and anxiety because of lack of understanding of these people.

Avoid this school.
