Spark school accounts department disgusting lies

I am absolutely disgusted with sparks accounts, My child is in grade 4, my account was in arrears so I contacted sparks account spoke to a lady by the name of Maureen Mokoena made a payment agreement, after making payment of R8000 once payment was received she then sent an email to the school to say that my child is not allowed in school, she refuses to admit to the payment agreement that we sent to her, she refuses to give me any email or number in management, two days in a row my child was removed from the classroom, I have all calls and emails that I have sent to her, we need to put an end to this I'm not the only parents who has a problem with Maureen in the account departments there's quite a few parents that she did this to
