Spark school accounts department

Questions:

Does Spark Schools have sympathy for parents who loose their income and unable to pay for fees consistently but yet trying their level best to pay for something while in arrears?

Is the child aloud to be removed from school beginning of fourth term? Isn't this going to affect the child's academics for the year?

Can't they leave the child to continue schooling while collecting the balance due from the parent?

Does the Bella bill allow this to happen?

Is the consumer protection act not binding them to help out income losing customers?
