Spark school accounts department

What a useless accounts department they have, very rude and *********** staff, I will never advise anyone to take their child there. I have been waiting for my refund for over 2 months now, no one seems to know what is happening I have sent all the required documents and still they can't give a reason why it's not paid Leisel from their department keeps ignoring my emails.
