SPARK school Accounts Department

I have never seen such Incompetence with SPARK accounts department you are never able to get hold of anyone in the accounts department you live messages, you send e-mails and no one gets back to you. You request contacts for senior people they don't want to give you their details. I have sent numerous emails to Sihle I have e-mailed this Francoi person whose supposed to be the Financial CEO even worse the e-mail bounces back!!! I'm being threatened that my kids will not be allowed to come back to school next year but on my part I've been trying to resolve this & no one is getting back to me. SPARK account department their all ********** they write contracts that are ambiguous & don't clearly explain how this ****** relief works & now I've accumulated areas then they threaten me that my kids are not going to be accepted next year I'm taking this further if I have to have an ombudsman created just for SPARK Schools network I'll do that I'm very disappointed & angry with SPARK
