Spark refuses to refund registration and fees for 2026 even when the reason is relocating

I had registered my Daughter at Spark Bedfordview for grade 1 2025.the registration process was finalised in March 2025.

We are currently relocating to another province soon and I have to move my child elsewhere.I had called several times requesting a refund of the 1st month school fees of R3000 that I had already paid as per request.I understand that out of R3800 paid ,the R800 might not be refunded as it was for registration.they told me They can’t refund me , given my circumstances I am told I forfeit the entire R3800 and I need to relocate and make means to look and pay for another school .

I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy and service from Spark schools, I was given an option to reinstate the application , not considering that I am relocating, now I need to leave my child behind with lord knows who because they cannot refund a mere R3000 and I want it back.I am very much dissapointed with Spark and their finance services, it’s unfair and unconstitutional to refuse to payback my money for a service I didn't use and force me to stay whilst unhappy, I will take this further 🤞🏾

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to register with Spark school ..
