Spark - Money grabbing *******

I paid R3k last year to enroll my son who was set to start at Spark Kempton Park January this year. In late November I was informed by my company that I would have to relocate to Port Elizabeth, Effective January 2020. So when I emailed them to say that I need my first months schools fees back I was then told their is a clause which says I must give 3 months notice. That was never mentioned when applying. Subsequent phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Such unprofessional service!
