Spark Maboneng

Well, my daughter is being with Spark for the past 4 years now, I was very impressed to be a part of the Spark family. I have concern now as I personally feel that their standards have drastically dropped I'am not certain if they've got so much exposure now they don't care or are they compromising quality for numbers. Then comes a gradual resignation of teachers which makes me raise eyebrows cause unhappy employees will always search for better en devours that is a concern to us as parents to want to find out what is really happening.

I have never experienced a poor admin service, from registrar to accounts, wrong statements given and to update a simple thing like e-mail address is a hustle. I must say I have lost confidence in you guys and I'am displeased by your poor service.

Hope you taking this as an eye opener, there's so many good schools out there competition is high in education facilities.
