SPARK IS VERY INSENSITVE!

Spark is highly concentrated on collection of money and not the wellbeing of my child! Spark is with holding transfer certificate because of outstanding school fees. I have specified that I can no longer afford the school and I seek a transfer certificate so I can enroll my child to a cheaper institution. By law I know I am required to pay the fees and by all means I am happy to do a payment arrangement but they are being such a pain in the whole process. I am diagnosed with depression and this situation is only leading me to give on my life! Please get someone to call me because I can't deal with this!
