Dear Spark,

first this star is not one that is deserved, i would not be able to send this message without giving you this undeserved star...

At this point in time, i am sending a complaint to the Department of Education, further to this i would like to take this up with Radio 702..you need to be exposed, more especially your finance department.

My daughter goes to Spark Cresta, and after paying our fees consistently , we got hit by an incorrect bill reflecting on it an amount we have no clue where it comes from.

You send mails, no one replies. what a shame.

To my shock, so many parents are frustrated , yet nothing is being done...no response from y'all. The only time you reply is if someone needs space to enroll their scholar.

Help me God, i am going to take you down!!!!
