App**** online for Grade 1, signed the contract online

The contract clearly says 'You will only have received this Agreement if your Child’s Online Application has been accepted. The School therefore agrees to enroll your Child, for the duration of their School education, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to your agreement hereto.'

I paid up the entire year's school fees after reading the contract. Today on the opening of the school, they tell me my child isn't accepted. What kind of BS is this..I spoke to a very rude lady at the head office..

Why put such clause on the contract and tell people BS. What must I do now Spark
