Spark Incompetence- *****s!!!

I paid the registration fee as well as the school fees as requested by spark and then told there was no space for my kids. It's been 3 weeks and no one is willing to assist in refunding my money! I've been from pillar to post, Head Office told me to submit to regitra@sparkschools with information which I did however no response for a week. I tried contacting them but u hold on for 45min to speak to someone who told me I need to sign a refund form when asked who can send the form I was told accounts. Then I phoned the accounts department they said it's registra who has the form and is to email it to me, I have been battling to get a hold of them for two weeks. U call it says I am caller number 5 once it gets down to caller number 1 it reverts back to being caller number 5 after holding on for 40 minutes! It seems no one is competent at this school, I mean it's a simple refund! Thank Goodness my kids aren't attending there because it's seems they hire *********** staff. I've sent multiple emails requesting for someone anyone to please assist but no one responds. In three weeks not a single response!!! This is disgusting that they ask for money but when it comes to returning the money no one knows anything!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!
