Spark enrollment is ****- Need my refund back

Spark schools enrollment process is a ****. I app**** for my son Grade 1 at Ferndale and was told that Ferndale was full my son would be place at Cresta. I told the call centre agent Lebogang Ngwenya that I did not like my son to go to Cresta but upon a number of calls of persuasion and promising that i should just complete the registration and pay the first month fees which was refundable in-case i changed my mind, i went ahead and paid the fees and signed the contract with the hope that an opening might come at FERNDALE. The agent informed that only the registration fee was not going to be refundable. On the 28th of August i decided that , i was going to cancel the application and get my son to another school since nothing was forth coming regarding an opening at FERNDALE only to be told that even the first month fees is not refundable. How on earth can that happen, its only August and there are still many children waiting to be placed that you refuse to refund people their money upon promising them that they will get it back. I am very upset with Spark and someone should call me to resolve this. I had read a lot of refund ****s from Spark and thought they had adhered to people's cries and improved but unfortunately its still the same their **** is still going on.
