Poor service from Spark Cresta, they can’t even reconcile school fees statements. Been struggling since 2019 with reconciliation of school fees Spent the whole of 2021 trying to resolve my issues with little or no success at all. Firstly they were billing me for a scholar that never set foot in 2021. At one point in time I was told to make payment arrangements for a scholar that never attended Spark in 2021 Spark accounting system leaves a lot to be desired They simply can’t reconcile payments We have far better government schools that know how to reconcile statements Still struggling to reconcile my statements for 2021 I wish I can take my daughter out of Spark
