Spark accounts the absolute worst

I registered my kids at spark last year. First it took almost 8 months to sort out the fact that no sibling discount was app**** despite various emails. This year in April cos of some outstanding fees, I got an email to notify me contract would be terminated (never mind in covid19 times with the school claiming they understood parents financial situations), I then made a payment arrangement to pay more to bring account to date, an arrangement I have been honoring. In July I got another termination letter despite the arrangement. My kids have since been terminated and for 2 months I have tried without success to sort this out no one bothers answering or returning calls. Higashni phones me today after escalating to school principal to tell me there is no acknowledgement of debt on file so arrangement was never in place I have to pay all outstanding fees first and then REAPPLY!!! Not one of the accounts people bothered to tell me about having to sign and AoD and now I am being punished for it. Spark school accounts is the absolute worst I am at a loss honestly.
