Spark Accounts Horror with disrespectful consultant
The finance department needs to treat its clients which are the parents in a respectable manner. I have just been spoken to in an unprofessional manner just because I didn’t understand the explanation given and I needed more clarity, while I was very calm at that and the lady was just rising and rising. I am busy telling her that I want to do right by the school and pay my child’s fees and she’s just not bothered to care whether I leave the call confused or with clarity. While we have people in this country that need these jobs and would perform better than the people who are taking them for granted……..!! Seriously man
