SPARK Accounts department needs a revamp

There should a minus start for SPARK Accounts department, it's like a government's department. They should all be fired. I asked for an internal transfer for my son from JHB to CT in March because I was going to relocate in June, Admissions told me there's no space I should wait because a space might become available. They ended not be able to get me space, then told I have to terminate in May so I did... and now they want me to pay for the termination penalty whereas if they had not told me to wait I would've terminated in March already. And they made me pay for June when my son was no longer at their school, their accounts department said they couldn't credit the June fees. Senzile Nxumalo confirmed via email that if I pay for June my account will have a zero balance. Now they sent me a statement with 3 months of school fees due as a termination fee.

I am going to the ombudsman to see if they are competent unlike the SPARK Accounts department.
