Spark Accounts Department - Beyond poor service

Been requesting an invoice/quotation from Spark for my son's annual fees - so I can send to my sponsor to settles 2021 fees. No response on email and I've called more than 5 times. Consultants take my details but no one bothers to send what I actually asked. This is particularly the accounts department, service is rediculous
