Spark accounts department: A den of incompetence

I have been subjected to a systematic campaign of incompetence, due to the Spark Schools accounts department and their omissions to take reasonable and practicable steps to implement corrective measures and to refrain from sending me incorrect statement/s of account. I also want to bring to their directorships attention their fiduciary duties with the intent that it is their duty, and are legally bound to champion, promote, communicate this organization's policies and procedures down the chain of command to their staff members, in particular their accounts department. Notwithstanding their inappropriate financial (debit order) system, which has continuously failed to allocate funds germane to their internal parent/scholar accounts within the preceding 22 months (January 2020 to July 2021). Such an omission speaks volumes in itself. The schools accounts department is *********** and denounces the very ethos and values that the school upholds. Perchance, I would not now find myself writing this review had their accounts department staff been proactive in executing corrective measures to remedy the grievances lodged with them. I am now told my account is in arrears by R10721,00??? What nonsense is this? What I'm interested to know is how they came to this conclusion when funds for school fees are successfully chartered off my cheque account via authenticated debit orders with reference numbers. Furthermore, the omission and failed attempts to get them to rectify this in the last 22 months leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. It is abhorrent, distasteful and disregarding. I am not going to risk my children's future for an institution that lacks professionalism and accountability. It is disingenuous to continuously remind their accounting staff to allocate funds to their intended parent/scholar accounts, even when they have a financial system in place to do this on their behalf. It is unacceptable!
