Spark Account department

I have never been frustrated as a parent. my kids could not attend school today because the account department is not assisting me with the account. I have sent countless emails, with no respond, and have been promised to be called back. the word I have been hearing was "they will be added on the list" and they still not been helped. The defeating part is that i copied the CFO out of desperation as a confused parent but still no respond. I am highly disappointed.
