SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! what happened to the R2500 i paid????????????????????????????????????????

this schools accounts is highly disappoing!!!! i have been asking for an updated statement since Jan the 9th!!! till today i have not recieved the updated statement. i have sent the pop, have called them countless times and still i have not received any statement. i made a payment of R2500 and for whatever reasons its not reflecting on the statements!!! definitely starting to sound like ***** TO ME!!!! its been TWO months and for whatever reason the R2500 is not allcoated even when the proof od payment has been provided!!!!!

and thier lame twitter account is just as useless!!!! been dm'ing and no response, acknolwedgement or what so ever!!!!! this is sooooo fustrating! blaming everything on thier system as if the system CREATED ITSELF!!!!!

The services is just SHOCKING! in this day and age, spark school has a system that can not amend or even regenerate an updated statement!!!!!
