Sheer incompetence, poor service and ineptitude.

My son was as in Grade 2 at Spark Centurion, and had to relocate back to KZN by end of February 2022 due to unforeseen circumstances. The school was directly notified and an exit form completed wherein it was indicated that the student will return to Spark for Grade 3 in 2023. Fees were up to date, and Spark Centurion confirmed successful termination of contract in early March. Upon processing a new application for readmission in Grade 3 / 2023, we're told we need to settle fees, which we do not acknowledge and were not aware of until today, to the excess of +R9000, allegedly for not providing a 3-months notice to Spark prior to the unfortunate and unforeseen event which forced us to relocate to KZN. This is despite that our son is re-applying for readmission at the same academic institution, he was attending early this year, as indicated in his exit form. As I watch this circus unfold in awe, to equate Spark with the incompetence, poor service and ineptitude of Home Affairs would be a harsh insult to hardworking and dedicated public servants.
