School fees refund

Daylight *******!!!! App**** for 2024 admission at Sparks Randpark ridge and I terminated today 13 October 2023.I paid a total of R3580 which covers R750 admission fee and R2830 for January 2024 school fees.They do not want to refund the amount paid for school fees covering January 2024.This is 3 months notice prior to school re-opening date which is reasonable.Applications are still open and they were quick to confirm termination however,they still do not want to refund me.
