I app**** online at Spark School Cresta for my son who was meant to start Grade 1 there. A week later before I had sent in any documentation or received any communication from them I decided to relocate so I cancelled the application.

Getting the refund I was sent from pillar to post, however after much screaming and kicking I finally received an amount of R2150 and they had taken the 500 for registration which boggles me because there was no administrative costs incurred.

I called them and the lady I spoke to said that by virtue of applying and paying you agree to the terms and conditions which state that whether you have sent docs or not or they responded or not they can take your money. I asked her to send me the link of that term and she sent me a link of Sparks homepage where I am still not able to locate the t&cs. I want my 500 back I cannot be charged for no services rendered.
