Rude Receptionist

I have to say that I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the way the receptionist was towards me. I came to fetch kids today (25 November 2025) and was met with a rude receptionist who by the way harshly and roughly placed the collection book (non plaque card holders book) and pen on the table, who then went on to talk to her friend and laugh about even after I was done writing she paid no mind to me at all. Which is unacceptable because I came and spoke to her softly since it was my first time fetching kids, so I didn't know which process to follow. I greeted her and she did not greet back instead she someone else that came after me and attended to that person. The kids previous transport driver experienced the same exact attitude from the receptionist but we took it lightly. In fact plenty of other parents experienced the same problem with her. I hope Spark Schools does not pride themselves with a receptionist who treats people based on how they look. She clearly had a problem with me since everyone else she assisted after me she did it with a smile. For a decent school like this I expected way better. We get better treatment from people who work in government schools than I have gotten in Spark Bedfordview. I am very unhappy about this treatment. I am a human being who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, I would never even treat my dog or cat like this. This is humiliation at best. I may look like I am young to her but I am an adult maybe thats why she treated me in this unruly manner. I would say thank you but there is nothing to thank about a terrible and humiliating attitude from a school receptionist who should treat people with kindness and respect regardless of how young they may look.
