Rude finance department ,who never returns calls or resolve matters

Sparks school has the worst finance /account Department there is a very rude lady called liezel who does not know how to deal with clients , i recorded our conversation regarding my account just to keep evidence for myself , i will definately take this up we cant be talked to like animals while we pay school fees and they have a payment system that does not work at all, im not taking this lying down i will definately expose the recording and get legal assistance on this matter.
