Ripping parents their hard earned money

Spark is ripping people off their money.

I enrolled and registered my child at the school. But subsequently terminated my contract with them within a week of registration. No one acknowledged the termination. When I eventually got a link to the termination site I requested that I get refunded. No acknowledged my requests and no one answered my call nor returned any of my calls and messages.

It's been a long wait and seemingly no one cares
