Refund pls

I've registered my kids paid full school fees including stationary fees, till today my kids don't have school, I've spend 400 airtime calling different departments no help at all they ask me to live my details and promise to get back me, but No1 did since January before the school open now we are in February still my kids have no school, I've paid spark school now I need my money back I Demand my refund cos they can't assist me, and that useless caller system of theirs that chow airtime while u waiting without an answer that bull****, that airtime that I've spend today was supposed to buy food for my kids can, if u can't assist my kids to go to school it's must be a win win situation u refund my money pls
