Refund Nightmare

Please advise that Spark School will not refund back the school fees for the 1st month as the application was approved.

Spark schools has put me under so much stress and financial strain in the beginning of the year. For an organization that is highly recommended, I am very disappointed with this unprofessional service I have received.

I spoke to them in November and they explained that should there be a cancelation, the will not refund the registration fee of R800. Not a word about the R3000 1st month school fees.

Then I received a transfer at work in December. I communicated with them that I want to make a cancelation because now it is going to be too far for my 5 year old girl to attend. The above was their response.

I notified them that should not be attended or fixed, I will take this matter to my lawyers and involve the media in doing so. I'm a husband and father of 3. I'm the only one working in my household. Where do I have R3000 to lose with so much responsibility.

This is my last attempt at getting back my money before I take the matter further.

Very very very disappointed in this. They are self destroying their name and reputation with this poor and disappointing service. Up until now, no one has even bothered to return or reply to my email.
