Refund nightmare

I have been dealing with Sparks finance department since the beginning of December 2018. I paid extra for my child's school fees and since my child is not going back to the school I then requested a refund. I submitted all required documents and the enrollment department also confirmed by email to the finance department that I did give them a term notice that my child is not going back in 2019. Since today I have not received any feed back from them, I gave been calling them abf Tebogo says the matter now is with Mbulelo who is not even bothering to respond to emails since early December 2018.
