Refund my money

I am a frustrated mother who app**** for a place at spark school. I paid a registration fee which they say is non refundable, on top of that I paid for stationary and first month school fees before I could be assisted. I waited 2 weeks for a which I never got any response from them, I had to drive to the head office in Rosebank only to be told that there is no space for my child. I kindly requested for a refund which they said they would send a link to my email which has taken almost a month just to send a link. I had to write a review here only for them to respond, they asked me to send a pop and other supporting documents which I have done but nobody has even responded to say they have received my documents and I will be helped. I am so so frustrated and have decided to report this matter to the department of education because clearly spark school doesn’t want to refund my money. Am not the first person to be treated like this. My neighbor app**** for her kid last year and was treated the same, she followed up on her refund but never got it and she gave up. I will not give up
