Refund From spark

I paid the registration fee , school fees as well as the stationary fees as requested by spark as I was told by Tumisho Magongwa who is the Internal Enrolment Clerk at spark call centre that the is still space left for my child and then two weeks later I was told there was no space for my child. It's been 2 weeks and no one is willing to assist in refunding my money! I've been from pillar to post, I have send e mails to regitra@sparkschools also to Tumimisho Magongwa who is the Internal Enrolment clerk and Accounts , however no one has responded for the last two weeks. Another thing is when u call u hold on for 45min to speak to someone who told me I need to sign a refund form when asked who can send the form to I was told accounts. Then I phoned the accounts department they said it's registrar who has the form and is to email it to me, I have been battling to get a hold of them for two weeks. U call it says I am caller number 5 once it gets down to caller number 1 it reverts back to being caller number 5 after holding on for 40 minutes! It seems no one is competent at this school, I mean it's a simple refund! Comes to returning the money no one knows anything!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!
