REFUND COMPLAINT-I WANT MY MONEY

Spark schools accounts department consultant are so icompetent and rude...i have been waiting for my refund for 4 weeks now the consultants they think i am child....i have paid over spark owes me R7500 ...i have sent all the needed documents still nothing when i call i have been laugh at not proffessional,my son cant go to school cause i cant pay the taxi driver i have been telling stories to the driver....MS Stacey BreweR(CEO) PLEASE ASSIST cause your employees are not competent ......can i have my refund......come weeknd ill come to your open day and expose you guys that you dont wann to refund people................my next step is to go on a loacal radio,facebook i have already done that....twitter next..............My son can suffer because on your nonsense guys nhaaa i want my money ....y shoul i apy you extra like am investing on you guys...................................PLEASE MY MONEY ....GUYS YOU HAVE A ANNUAL 31 MILLION REVENU I JUST NEED MY FEW THOUSANDS BACK SO MY SON CAN GO BACK TO SCHOOOL......***.....its like am in PONZI SCHEME YEEER
