Refund

Good day<br> <br> I registered my daughter Ntandokani Nkala at Spark for grade 2 2015. I only received the confirmation of her acceptance 24/11/2014. I paid a total amount of R1850 for admin and fees for January on term and condition it stated the will be no refund of the admin fee. I informed them the child will be no longer coming to the school as her father decided to keep her at KZN.<br> <br> Mr/Mrs Faaizah Khan informed me the refund will be done and requested for my banking details, A week went by with no refund received so I sent him/her an email to findout when will the refund be done only to receive a response that the will mbe no refund because I did not give them a term's notice as per they clause. So I requested that clause on the forms I sign because I still had a copy and the is no clause of such and if the child was only accepted end of November how on Earth will I be able to give them the term's notice of which that is 3 months. <br> <br> I send the email but no response, I never get response from them in regards to the clause on the forms and for them to explain on how would I have gaven them the notice on only a month. <br> <br> Thank you<br>
