Refund
They are very nice when you are busy with enrollments, but when they have to refund money back no one know who is the right person to refund. Accounts department will tell you to speak to enrollment department and vice versa. I am still waiting to be refunded. I tried to plead with them that I need the money in so that to deposit at another school since there was no space at Spark for my child. Today is day 14 of the date they told me that I will be refunded on. People must just be sure about this school when making a to enroll.

It's now after 16:30 and your offices are closing. No one has phoned me yet. I want my money today.
I made a call to your accounts department and no one was able to help me. They just transferred me to enrollment and no one there deals with refunds. Your staff is *********** they dont know who does what. I am very frustrated, I spent my last R50 on airtime trying to get assisted.
