Refund

I am so dissapointed with SPARKs SCHOOL yesses they are so unproffessional..they run their school like it a ****za shop. I app**** for my son for 2019 . and i was told to pay the deposit soonest ,so i could get the space. At first i wasn't sure if i wanted to take my son to their school. After so many phone calls from them I eventually paid that deposit . 5 days later i was told there was no space for my son at their Carlswarld Branch . I told them i was not interested in taking my son to any other branch other than Carlswald they tried to convince me to take my son to one of their branch in Bolders , telling me that it only temporary he was going to be moved in Jan. Later I realised that was just a lie..I told them i was not taking my son to that club i needed my refund. And i was told to wait for 14days to get my refund..14 days later ,I called them again to get my refund and no one knows anything about my refund that was Monday last week. I called them again on friday and i was told my money was processed okay so i asked the lady to show me proof..She decided to send me some whatsapp messages between her and her collegue where the colleague was telling her that the money was deposited in my account.Which i find so disrespecting and unproffessional that they couldn't even send any documment just a whatsapp message from two colleagues. Today I called again and i was told (some made up story )that my money was paid to someone else's account. A person that that doesn't even have a same surname or name as mine. I am so dissappointed ,if this how SPARK run their schools then sorry shame.IS this how SPARK schools ****m people's money by promising them a space that they knew was not even there from the first place.What ****es me off is no one is even taking responsibilty or even trying to assist me but when they needed my money they were busy harrassing me day in and day out
