Refund

The schools administration is horrible I must say. We needed space for our youngest child as our eldest is a current scholar. They were in possession of our documents for almost 2 weeks waiting for payment to secure the space and after we called yesterday, we paid. Later we got an email that our child is too young. That should have been seen prior, but to further antagonise the situation, they want to retain 450 as a registration fee and say that the rest will only be back in 7-14 days. I find this very poor as in the meantime we could have been paying for a slot at a different school. Poor poor service.
