Refered my Colleage and she is not Happy

you are one of my favourate schools in the country and I have been spreading the positve words about your schools everywere I go. This year I refered my colleague to come enroll her twins at your school, I do understand your idea of separating them to different classes, but are you not supposed to confront the parents and hear their opinion before acting on that? My colleague tried explaing to the Principal and his assistant why her twins cant be separated, but the feedback she got?? I wasnt expecting it from my favourate school.

She doesnt mind them not sitting on different desks, but not different classes, what happend to gradual change, the other twin is not happy and which makes my colleague not being happy. she accepts that if they are separated from next year she will not mind, but it should be communicated to the twins in time so that they can adjust, they have always been together, they are not used to staying far from each other.

Kindly do assist my colleague, try to resove it as best as you can.
