Really Disappointed
Enrolled our twin boys at Spark, so we recently found out we need to relocate and Spark doesn't want to refund the R5100(1st months school fees) despite the situation we find ourselves in. I feel this is unfair as the kids hasn't even attended 1 day there. On the contract it says if you cancel 3 months in advance they will refund any money paid in advance. So why can we not get our money back??? Spark is robbing us and wanting to make money out of us for no service rendered. Please understand our situation that we find ourselves in, an unforeseen circumstance and we getting no support from Spark just that they won't refund us our money.

We are very sorry to hear this. Parents who enrol for 2020 have 7 days after signing their contract in which to change their mind and have the first month's fee refunded. The 3 months notice refers to those SPARK parents whose scholars are currently attending SPARK this year.
