Query solved and satisfying results
On the 14th of September 2017, i wrote a review on this very platform regarding the above mentioned schools central enrollment offices. I was very unhappy with the way i was treated with regards to my children's enrollment for the academic year 2018.
It is with out most pleasure to write a review again on the very platform, this time with different emotions. I received a call from Katlego who happened to be one of the people i first had an encounter with in as far as my children's enrollment was concerned. He apologised for what transpired and on how i was treated and took full on responsibility for their actions.
He then said if its still okay with me i can still have my kids enrolled at the Sparks School of choice, seeing that they have had a cancellation. He actually pleaded with me to reconsider, he could hear that i was really apprehensive and i told him that i had already started looking and found a school which i was meant to go register my kids that very afternoon, however i could hear the sincerity in his voice and i considered the reasons why i wanted to get my kids enrolled there in the first place, then i reconsidered my decision and took their offer.
The process went smoothly, the very day i received contracts for my kids to sign and as i speak i received letters informing me that my children have been enrolled for 2018 and i am so excited and very much impressed.
PS: I later received a call from Olga the team leader who also called as courtesy to apologise and take full on responsibility, and for that i say to them, thank you for putting yourselves in my shoes as a parent who desperately wanted her kids to go to a good school.
My advise to the team is that all we need as your prospective clients is communication. No matter how bad the situation might seem but keep parents informed and engaged at all times.
Satisfied Future Sparks Scholar Mom..
Thank you..
