Poor Service, bad attitude and *****

<p>I have heard great reviews about Spark Schools from a friend who started her kids there three years ago , However my experience with SPARK has been nothing like that. After sending in my application and payment of onemonth's fees for my daughter for grade R, and attending their open day at Silverlakes , We were assured the staff was working around the clock to process the applications as well as encouraged to apply as there was space available in Silverlakes. 14 01.2017 I sent all the documents required, automated email assured me my application was being processed. Aftera few attempts at emailing and calling I resorted to social media and onlt then I got a response. a lady by the name of Olga who rudely barked at me over the phone about how I had not filled an online application ( despite having sent all the documents and I know of people who did not fill out any online application and still got a response . anyway I filled the online application and was advised I would have to wait till the end of January for an answer. I spent the week of 18.01.2017 waiting for an answer that never came. On friday 20.01 .2017 I went to enrol my daughter at another facility.</p> <p>I advised enrolment that I would be taking my daughter to another school on the 23rd .01.2017, asthe delay was too much and there were no guarantees. On the 29th January I received an email from them claiming I was liable for 3 months notice ( joke !!!!!!) and I had been approved of space at Sparks , however they had faileed to notify me on time. Apparently I was supposed to wait for them at their convenience while my daughter sits at home with nothing to do.</p> <p>I want to warn other parents out there the administration of SPARKS sucks big time and the attitude is worse . I need to know what must I do to get my hard earned moneyt back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
