Poor service

I informed spark school that I'm removing my child from their school and their those me this " You are suppose to give a terms notice before the scholar left. If you have not please note that you are liable for a term notice, which means you will have to pay for 3 months school fees" which not in the school guide. know that their need to pay back my money, spark school creates rules as their go which is not right. I paid the whole year school fees, went my money back. You are failing big time
