Poor service

I would like to share my experience with spark school. I app**** for a place for my daughter grade 1. I paid the amount that I was requested to pay then they couldn’t even call me to tell me there was no space for my child, now am asking them for a refund but the don’t respond to emails . I have sent and called them but they kept our money for a very long time now is the third week. Spark Schools please retund my 3000
