Poor administration by Spark Head office

I app**** for my daughter to be deregister Ed at Spark Schools on 2 Oct 2019 & was told I would receive a transfer on school closing day(11 Dec 2019). Finally got sent one on 8 Jan 2019, only to discover the information on there is incorrect. Now on the 15 Jan 2019, I am still without a correct transfer card for my daughter at her new school. The lady that was assigned my case is no longer there and when I call all they do is take my name and number yet the email is not being sent!!!
