Poor admin handling - responsibility should be with school not head office if they can't handle!!!

Schools have been opened for two weeks and I still have not received a transfer letter for my child from Spark school!! If they can not handle the load, surely they can give schools the poor to issue the letters like normal schools!! I am extremely disappointed and now I know for sure I made the right decision removing my child from their school when a simple admin task cannot be executed.
